The promise
Take Walter's for 90 nights. If you're not sleeping better when the bottle is empty, we refund every cent. The empty bottle is your receipt.
What 'sleeping better' means
Fewer nighttime trips to the bathroom. A stronger morning stream. Sleep that actually feels like sleep. If those things haven't changed by night ninety, the formula didn't work for you, and we don't keep your money.
What you do
- Email us at support@waltersapothecary.com within 90 nights of receiving your order.
- Include your order number — that's it. No questionnaire, no exit survey, no convincing required.
- Mail the bottle back (full, half, or empty — we don't care). We cover return shipping with a prepaid label we email you.
- We refund every cent for the product within 5 business days of receiving the return.
What's covered
- Every bottle in your order — single, 3-bottle bundle, or 6-bottle Sleep Set.
- Subscription orders too. If your second or third refill arrives and you decide it's not for you, mail it back the same way.
- The Magnesium PM in the Sleep Set is covered under the same terms.
What's not covered
- Original shipping (if you paid it). Free shipping orders are fully refunded.
- Refunds outside the 90-night window. Beyond 90 nights we can't process a guarantee return — but our regular return policy still applies for unopened bottles within 30 days of receipt.
Why we built it this way
Most supplement guarantees are designed to be hard to use — long forms, return shipping at your cost, restocking fees, exit surveys, multiple emails before they release the refund. We built ours the opposite way. The math: if Walter's doesn't work for you, the right answer is for us to take the loss, not you. That's how we keep the formula honest.
If a percentage of buyers ask for refunds, we know the formula isn't strong enough — and we go back and fix it, not the policy.
