SHIPPING & RETURNS

From our warehouse to your front door — what to expect.

Plain answers on shipping costs, delivery times, returns, and how to handle problems if they come up.

Shipping

Cost. Free over $60. Free on every bundle subscription (3 bottles or the Sleep Set). Otherwise $4.95 flat — no surprise add-ons, no handling fees, no fuel surcharges.

How fast we ship. Orders placed before 2 p.m. ET ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2 p.m. ET ship the next business day. We don't ship on weekends or US federal holidays.

How fast it arrives. Most US orders arrive in 3–5 business days from a US warehouse. Tracking is emailed to you the moment your label is created.

Where we ship. All 50 US states. We don't currently ship internationally — if you need international shipping, email support@waltersapothecary.com and we'll see what we can do.

If your order doesn't arrive

Tracking shows delivered but the bottle isn't on your porch? Email us. We replace lost or stolen packages — no police report required, no investigation. We'll ship a new bottle the same day.

Returns

The 90-night guarantee. Take Walter's for 90 nights. If it didn't work, mail back the bottle (any amount left) and we refund every cent. We email you a prepaid return shipping label. Read the full guarantee here.

Standard returns. Beyond the 90-night window, we accept unopened bottles in original packaging for a refund within 30 days of receipt. Email support@waltersapothecary.com with your order number to start a return.

Damaged in shipping. Take a photo of the damage and email it to us. We replace damaged bottles same-day, no return required.

Subscriptions

Save 15% on every refill. Subscribe to any order and we automatically refill it at 15% off. Single-bottle subscriptions refill every 30 days; bundle subscriptions (3 bottles or the Sleep Set) refill every 60 days. Bundle subscriptions also include free shipping every refill. Single-bottle subscriptions get the 15% discount; standard shipping rates apply.

Cancel anytime, the easy way. One click in your account, or one email to us. We make it as easy to leave as it is to join.

Skip a shipment. Going on vacation? Just bought a backup bottle? Push your next refill out one cycle from your account, no questions.

Change products. Switch between bundles or add Magnesium PM to your subscription anytime.

Address changes

Moved? Email support@waltersapothecary.com with your old and new address. If we haven't shipped your order yet, we'll route it to the new one. If we have, we'll work with the carrier to redirect it.

Refund timing

Refunds hit your card within 5 business days of us receiving the return. Some banks take an additional 1–2 business days to display the credit. If it's been more than 7 business days since you got our 'refund processed' email and you don't see the credit, email us — we'll dig into it.
